NO ACCEPTANCE LETTER

So we sent my AOS and IV Package to the NVC 3weeks ago, and we also completed the DS-260, but base from posts we should receive an ACCEPTANCE LETTER that the NVC got our package. I didn't get any what should we do? Does it mean our PACKAGE didn't reach NVC?

NVC took 20days to send me the email that they have received the documents..... So its normal,you should hear soon from them,most likely this wk... But It is always better to call and ask about docs... Docs are lost commonly in nvc

And does the 60days count start when we get the acceptance letter? or did it start when we sent our documents last month?

It means.they receive your AOS and IV documents to process.

Just wait to complete your case at NVC.

Hopefully you sent your documents through registered mail, so you can track it and see where it is and when it's arrived at NVC? Unless it's a specific for the Philippines, you really shouldn't have sent your originals. NVC often loose documents and you need the originals for the interview.

NVC currently takes about 30 to 45 days to review your documents. The days start counting from your scan date, which is the date NVC scans your documents in their system. Once they've scanned them, you get an email notification to say that NVC have received your documents. That is the only information you'll received that they have the documents. Once you've completed the DS-260, you will see it as completed on CEAC's website.

If it's more than a week ago since you know that NVC received your documents, call them and ask for a scan date.

Thank you for your reply, i still have another originals for my personal copy, and its a registered mail. And i think according to my mom the my mail is already at NVC. So I was waiting for an acceptance email, but i got none knowing we sent them 3weeks ago. So i feel worried.

The email address you gave on the DS-261 should have definitely gotten an email with your scan date by now. I think you should give them a call.

Here is what happened to my docs:

I sent my docs via registered mail on 29th MAY, was delivered the day after. But I got the email from nvc on 19th JUNE that they have received my docs on 17th JUNE ( my time did not started from JUNE 1st,

still waiting my mom said there's none yet... hoping to receive it soon. and i heard that the review time is back to 30 days waiting
