Hello Guys,

7-8-2015 Package recieved

7-14-2015 Check got cashed

My questions are:

1. What is the next step?

Do you know from which service center the application will be processed?

Nonetheless, now you wait. Depending on the service center, you might receive an approval notice or RFE within the next couple of weeks or months.

We got our NOA 1 but how do we find out where it's sent to? I see Texas as the address and I'm praying really hard it isn't. But I think it is...=/

Texas and Nebraska have the longest waiting time. My service center is Nebraska. We both have a 4-5 month wait.

Good luck on your journey.

RFE is issued when there is more evidence needed. That is one of the more common reasons for delays during the adjudication.

If in the bottom of the page states USCIS Office Adress:

UCSIS

TEXAS SERVICE CENTER

Therefore, your application will be processed by the TSC = TEXAS service center.

Try hard not to read those post. My husband and I were denied a K-1 in June 2015. We got married and filed the CR-1. It's just a small set back, however great days ahead.

Stay positive and focus on the good that your spouse will be with you soon!!
