Received our Acceptance Confirmation by email! :DDD Got routed to the California Service Center.

This is the NOA1, right?

Yes that is your NOA1 date. California approves much faster than other service center. Your approval shouldn't take long. Good luck on your journey!

I just received an update from USPS and it said that my application will be delivered on Monday, which is a 13th. At least it is not a Friday and I hope that number 13 on a Monday will be a blessing (

That is great because according to data collected by visa journey members, CSC is the fastest one. They are currently on May 11 filers, which makes your case a couple of months ahead (less than the estimated 5 months). I am glad for you.

USPS finally delivered the package to CHICAGO lock-box. We are anxious to find out if everything was in order, once we receive the NOA1 (acceptance letter).

We just received this afternoon the acceptance email/text from USCIS. Our applications will be processed by the California Service Center. I don't know if I should be happy about CSC since this is apparently, as of today, the fastest one. we hope that we'll hear some very soon. Speedy process for all of us in here.

I just send mine today! What a relief, I can't believe all the paperworks that need to be done. At the last minute, we decided to take off all the not translated documents even if they were flight confirmations...

7-14-2015 Check got cashed

7-16-2015 Recieved by mail of I-797C, Notice of Action

My questions are:

1. What is the next step?

2. How long is the process to get an approval?

3. Do we need to file a GC now or wait until we get approved?
