N-400 with Domestic Violence

I have applied for my N-400. I have a domestic violence Misdemeanor case involving my wife back in 2008 which was dismissed after diversion program. I included this information in my application and included certified court copies about the case including diversion and dismissal documents.

I am waiting for my interview to be scheduled but little worried that I may have issues in my interview. Any advice or experience in previous cases would help.

I am hoping for no issues since it happened before the 5 year probation period.

Yes. He did not raise much concerns regarding this.

But I am little worried and want to check if anyone else was in similar situation like mine.

As long you disclosed it on your N-400 and provide all the required court certified dispositions you should be fine as its outside of 5 year Statutory period.
