Hi everyone!

We received our first NOA I-797C on May 18 and I just received what I think is my NOA2 I-797 today dated June 26, 2015. This is in fact the NOA2, correct? It says that USCIS has completed all actions and now our case is being sent to the National Visa Center. It says the NVC processing should be completed within 2-4 weeks. What do we do at this point on our end? When do I send affidavit of finances etc...?

Also...it says "notice type: approval notice, valid from 6/26/2015-10/25/2015". Can someone explain to me why the notice/approval has a time limit?

Can someone direct me to the next steps/stages/master list of information/forms for this next step? Thank you!
