My husband is changing his tax forms from married to single but there's a note in the form stating "If spouse is nonresident check single". We have submitted AOS last June and got the NOA 1 hardcopy a week later but no other movements of the paperworks after. I would like to ask about my immigration status now. Looking forward for your great help! Thank you in advance .

Sounds like a tax question.

Yes. My USC husband is changing his tax forms from single to married but doesn't know which to check on the forms.
