i need help i pay today for my AOS fee and im ready to summit the documents i have only the tax transcrips my question is if i nees to send the W-2 form and income tax for the last 3 years or the transcrips only if acceptable , my other questio is if is ok to summit my civil documents package the same time with the AOS package because i dont recived the IV fee yet and i don't pay at this time please if is possible to let me know how much is the visa fee for inmediately relative i petitioner for my husband. thank you for your help and when they ask for police clearance need to be for my husband or my self?

Answers:

• Transcripts only are fine.
• NVC wants the civil documents at the same time as the AOS regardless if the IV fee has been made available or not.
• IV fee is $325.
• Police clearance (if available) must be submitted by the beneficiary.
