my interview is on the 8th, and im planning to fly to europe for 4 days shortly after the interview.

i was wondering if i can travel while waiting for my visa to be printed and mailed to me?

i will be back in under 10 days after the interview.

17.1.2015 - Met for the first time | 21.9.2015 - Received SSN

26.1.2015 - Got engaged ||| 16.10.2015 - Got Married

6.2.2015 - I-129F sent |||||||||| 11.11.2015 - AOS/EAD/AP sent

11.2.2015 - NOA1 |||||| 24.11.2015 - NOA1

26.2.2015 - NOA2 |||||| 2.12.2015 - Biometrics letter received

17.3.2015 - Case sent to Jerusalem consulate|||8.12.2015 - Biometrics

13.4.2015 - Packet 3 |||||||||| 11.12.2015 - Online RFE notice

usually, the passport is kept on interview day,

as the visa foil has to be attached.

there's a lot of stuff that occurs after interview day, to prep all, and there's some time, a duration of days, before your passport is returned with the visa foil inside.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
