FORM DS260/IV FEE/IR2

Hello i'm new here in VJ, makes me glad that what I feel is normal, basing from the posts...

So here is my queries, Im from the Philippines IR2 visa.

We have already paid the IV Fee and received an EMAIL(2 days ago) from the NVC that they got our payment.

But when i checked the CEAC site it still shows "PAY NOW".

And i'm not sure if we have already completed DS260 but we have already sent the AOS and Documents to the NVC... I'm not sure if were doing it right. Do I just have to wait for my case to be completed? And its been 3 weeks from the day we sent our AOS and docs. any help will do.. THANK YOU )

Call nvc to confirm your payment. Once it's paid it's takes 3-5 business days for nvc to show up on there system. And you can not fill ds260 until you pay all the fees.

I got an email confirming it, i guess its not updated due to maintenance. And what will happen to my AOS and IV packet sent to NVC??

Will that be fine even tho i didnt send my ds260 yet

Another questions is that I accidentally signed the FORM DS-261, will my confirmation paper still be valid?

But the IV Fee is paid already so i'm quite confuse it will affect my confirmation paper.

Anyways my IV FEE still doesn't show "PAID" its still "PAY NOW" but we got the an email from the NVC stating that our PAYMENT for IV FEE is received.

PLEASE ANY HELP
