Filing I-130

Hi I'm an american citizen. Living in Karachi Pakistan. I need to file I-130 for my husband and son. Question is after filling out the firms, where do i send them? How do i pay the $420 fee from Pakistan?when do i need to pay this fee?

You need to enclose the I130, a G325a +passport pic for you, G325a+passport pic for your spouse, nikah nama urdu, nikah nama english, NADRA marriage registration certificate, supporting evidence of marriage and the fee of $420

this fee must be drawn on USD, you can either send your package and transfer money to someone in the us and have them write a check or get a money order for $420

Are you planning to move back to the US? You must set up domicile in the US before the visas are issued
