October 2014 AOS filer, almost after a year, received a RFE for a Vaccination Supplement to I-693 Form, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status...I thought that the D form we submitted was good enough...can anyone help with this...has anyone received this? Please help..and thanks..

What vaccinations does it say he needs? Did his ds3025 state he was eligible for blanket waiver? Since you received theRFE, you will have to get it completed, but at least they are working on your file.

Hey Pink, It didn't say, but we have followed up with a Civil Surgeon and he did need two more vaccinations and a physical exam, because we found out the old one had expired...it was $130 to get everything done, so that wasn't too bad..people are just filing AOS, USCIS let's it expire and then we have to do a medical again...but hey you gotta do what you gotta do...Thanks for your help, as always much appreciated!!
