Hey, everyone!

I'm applying for Adjustment of Status on a K-1 visa and I notice for the Step-by-step guide it says you can include supporting documents or photos for the application to work (i-765) and the application for travel document (i-131). What would I include for this if necessary?

Thanks!

2 photos and passport copy from G-325A is sufficient. They will be scanned digitally. Good luck.

The instructions list what is required. I-131 states you need an official ID The biometrics page of your passport works for this, Proof of current status. You can use a copy of your K-1 visa and entry stamp from your passport. Also, 2 passport photos See Pages 7-9 > http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-131instr.pdf

For the I-765, you are filing as an adjustment applicant, category (c )(9 ) and you need copy of passport biometrics page as ID and 2 passport photos. See Pages 5-8 > http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-765instr.pdf
