Hello everyone.I have a foreigner boyfriend and we are planning to get married here in the Phillipines. He is a Columbian citizen but living in the USA (Florida) as an immigrant. He was also divorce in the US.Since we are planning to get married here in the Philippines, he needs to get a document called "Legal Capacity to Marry". My question is, where can we get the said document, in the US Embassy or in the Columbian Embassy? Thank you. Hope to hear from anybody soon. God bless.
