Hii friends...joined in this group today only!!.....Got 30 days review notification from NVC for my Checklist....usually how long it's talking now a days!!

It's just a single document of current employment proof...don't know why they take 30 days time to review that :( :( ...... hope both of us will get CC soon :) :)

I got the same thing back in beginning of May...my scan date is may18th and still waiting for them to check my proof of employment :(((

I got a checklist for DS260 (couldnt fill it out becasue of the website issues)

Do I have to do anything after I submitted the form?

no you dont as the ds-260 is not like other checklist ( missing doc , or making mistakes on them ) , its 30 days from the time you submitted and its already in there system . i have seen people got their CC in less than 2 weeks , hope this is the case for you

and by the way i dont want to be in your world any more :protest:

  • Consulate : Morocco
  • Marriage (if applicable):
  • I-130 Sent : 2014-11-16
  • I-130 NOA1 : 2014-11-23
  • I-130 RFE : 2015-03-26
  • I-130 RFE Sent : 2015-03-30
  • I-130 Approved : 2015-04-16
  • NVC Received : 2015-05-04
  • Assigned Case Number : 2015-05-14
  • Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : 2015-05-19
  • Pay AOS Bill : 2015-05-29
  • Send AOS Package : 2015-05-27
  • Receive I-864 Package : 2015-05-14
  • Submit DS-261 : 2015-05-28 ( The website was down for almost 3 weeks , no one was able to log in )
  • Send IV Package : 2015-05-27
  • Checklist: 26 June 2015 [ Non-submission of DS 260] i was not able to submit it due to the website issue ]
  • Submit DS-260 05 July 2015
  • Case Completed 05 August 2015
  • Interview scheduled on 9/11/2015
  • Interview shceduled for 10/14/2015
  • Interview Status : Approved

ahaha you wont be cuz u werent stupid like me paying the fee twice just 2days before the system was fixed.. lol And I'm really hoping I'll get CC soon.. but again it's so unfair for us for getting a checklist for DS260 and POSSIBLY have to wait another 30days (even if I heard some ppl got CC in a week or so) while those who didn't get a checklist can just fly right through now that the system has been fixed.

I want to wait till I get CC atleast before I send an email asking for IV fee refund. Just to be safe lol

you were not stupid ,you were just trying to get this done and get together with your husband , i was going to do the same but i was just lucky , anyway i hope you get yours sooooon and then i would like to join you in your world :)
