Hi,

I had my interview on the June 10th, 2015. Their systems however were down so the embassy called us in on June 11th without following the proper appointment protocol.

I was interviewed on the June 11th, visa was approved and our passports were taken. However, they listed me as 'no show' on their website.

I contacted them and they put me on administrative processing which makes sense because their check wasnt complete.

However, since their systems are back up, I have not received any update. Their customer service still doesnt acknowledge my interview. So i dont basically know whether they are even processing it or working on my case? any help?

Good question. You are just going to have to keep on top of this situation. The system-wide issues are affecting all types of visas, for many people.
