Daughter did not receive biometrics appointment

Hello VJers!

Just wanted to ask anyone who has experienced processing ROC that includes a dependent. We filed I-751 and included my minor daughter (15 yrs old) in the application early this year. Here is the I-797, Notice of Action my daughter received:

"This is to verify that you are included as a dependent in the request for removal of conditions filed by the above named principal alien on the date indicated. This verification extends the validity of your alien registration receipt card and allows you to remain in the United States, with work authorization for one year from the filing date, or until a final decision is made on the request, whichever comes first. You may travel outside the United States and return during this one year period upon presentation of both our alien registration receipt card and this verification."

As you can see, there was no mention that my daughter is supposed to get another letter from ASC for biometrics (unlike in the letter I receive states that I will receive a biometrics appointment). Is this a standard response but will require her to go through biometrics anyway?

Doesn't ROC require biometrics for dependents? This is so confusing! When we processed AOS both me and my daughter went through biometrics!

Any advice would be very appreciated!

Thanks,

Judesky

..just to add, I have received a letter last week for biometrics appointment. No appointment letter for my daughter. So, either my suspicion is true (biometrics not required for dependents) or they (USCIS) made a grave mistake about it!
