Corrected. It was Ecuador before right. I wasn't seeing things as I?

How does one know if a Case is "completed"?

I sent in all my paperwork and finished the DS 260 and got notification that they received it on May 12 2015. When I look at the status, it just says "AT NVC" Does that mean my case is completed? If so, its been 60 days since May 12 and everytime I call NVC, their automated number tells me to call back. so frustrating.

Edit: This is for my dad in south Korea

I would recommend you to call NVC until they answer, or alternatively send an email to their inquiry email.

I got my answer via email and they said my case was completed, but you should insist via phone and email.
