Mine is still in "Administrative Processing" after my interview my updated date is June 16,2015 and after they received my additional document (CENOMAR) it wa change to July 01,2015..

CEAC shows updated date today: 07/21/2015

"Ready" and "Administrative Processing" has same updated date 07/21/2015

When I enter my Case# it shows "Ready" and below I've to click on "Administrative Processing" to see the updated date.

I don't know what does it mean now :(

In Mumbai consulate they are very strict with their rules because of security concerns. I would suggest you to follow the do & don't mentioned in the document.

Please help me out. My friend told me that when I have applied for my spouse under F2A, somewhere the NVC will need me to send them tax return docs for 3 years. I came to US late in 2013 and so far I have only one tax form fr 2014 because 2013 I was not working. from what I see, If NVC asks for those docs by 2016 I will only have 2, for 2014 and 2015. IS that enough? Anybody in the same case please help

It should be once you're earning above the poverty line. However, you can get a Joint Sponsor who's working 3 years or more above the poverty line and you should be good.

Congratulations

USCIS Stage:

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

NVC Stage:

Feb 25 2015: DS 261 Completed

Feb 26 2015: AOS Fee Paid

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 13 2015: Resend I-864 to NVC with Check list and Bar Coded Cover Sheet

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.

June 29 2015: I.L. received by email Scheduled for August 18

July 9 2015: Case Status Checked as "READY"

August 18 2015: Visa Approved

August 20 2015: VISA ISSUED (in CEAC status)

Once the date change on AP and Ready, it will change to issue in a day or so. Its all depend on consulate because the date change shows that your case is being processed that same day and once visa stamps being printed, it will change to issued. Congratulations because not a lot of wait anymore.

Our visa has been issued yesterday updated date 07/30/15.. So now we need to wait 7-10 working days for the visa delivery! Thanks be to GOD.. ???

Once the date change on AP and Ready, it will change to issue in a day or so. Its all depend on consulate because the date change shows that your case is being processed that same day and once visa stamps being printed, it will change to issued. Congratulations because not a lot of wait anymore.

There is two line one is Ready and one is Administrative process and each one will th different updated date

But, today I got both administrative process, may be this is the time before issued?
