Hi,
I was curious what happens if the beneficiary gets pregnant before the case is sent to the embassy overseas?
Will it affect the interview process or length?

she will be pregnant for only about one or two months by the time interview occurs, so what should happen? Would we have to re-apply for the 'unborn' baby?

Thanks!

She continues on as normal. You can't file for an unborn child. She'll give birth in the US and the child will be an instant US citizen.
