The post office lost my working permit. I called USCIS and I have to pay $500 for a replacement card. I decided to wait for my 2 year green card. It's been almost a year of waiting and there is no update on my case. What should I do? Should I be worried?

It would help if you updated your time line with the dates for the AOS forms you have submitted. it sounds like you might have a visa waiver case which can take up to a year to process. Your time line is important for us to provide you accurate info.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

K1 Visa. We filed July 9, 2014 and they are still working on our case until now. I am worried because it's almost a year of waiting for my 2 year conditional green card.
