Hello all,

I am finally finished putting everything together and will be mailing out everything hopefully friday or monday. Please help me double check for mistakes or incase I am forgetting something.

Here are the contents as listed on my cover letter.

Contents include:

- Payment in the amount of $340.00

- I-129F

- I-129F Supplement: Part 2, Question 34.a, explanation of meeting in person

- Letter of intent to marry (Petitioner)

- Letter of intent to marry (Beneficiary)

- Proof of Meeting

o Airline Tickets

o Passport Stamps

o Color Photos

- G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)

- G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

- Birth certificate (Petitioner)

- Final divorce decree (Petitioner)

I-129 NOA1: 6-30-2015

I-129 NOA2: 7-23-2015 (26 days total!)

NVC Rcvd: 8-21-2015

Case # Assigned: 8-25-2015

Consulate Rcvd: 9-03-2015

Packet 3 Rcvd: 9-11-2015

Packet 3 Sent: 10-1-2014

Packet 4 Rcvd: 10-6-2014

Medical Sched: 10-22-2014

Interview Sched: 11-04-2014 (Approved!!!)

  • June 5, 2015-NOA1 letter received
  • July 10, 2015-NOA2 (updated on USCIS case tracker app) :dancing:
  • July 20, 2015-NOA2 letter received
  • July 28, 2015- Got case #!! :idea:
  • July 31,2015 Case left NVC
  • August 10, 2015 Case at embassy
  • August 14, 2015 Case "ready"
  • October: Fiance decided he was too afraid to move so he broke up with me :crying:

I noticed you had an attached page for the "how you met" question. Remember that they are asking when you physically met. "I traveled to _____ and stayed with _____ (beneficiary) from _____ to ______". Just make sure in whatever extra details you've added, that you have what they're asking for.

04/2017- Fourth visit to Nigeria.  K1 officially denied. 
04/25/2017- NOA1 for 2nd K1.
07/27/2017- Case transferred to TSC.
11/17/2017- Case transferred back to CSC.
01/16/2018- NOA2!! (266 day wait)
03/08/2018- Interview (AP)
05/03/2018- VISA APPROVAL!!!
05/14/2018- Visa issued
05/18/2018- Visa picked up
05/25/2018- HE'S HOME!!! 💙💙💙
