So i was looking through the copy that I'd made and on the G325a form I totally mess up by writing the wrong year she was born. I know they might overlook it but i highly doubt it because 1933 was the date I printed in between the space and well a 20 something year old marring an almost 90 year old is pretty unusual, strange, and bizarre . That being said should I just send them a new G325a form or wait it out. I placed a copy of her passport and birth certificate in the package as well but i don't know if that's going to help. But yeah any information helps

Thanks

I messed up on some dates and some of her job data. I sent a new one with a cover letter stating my mea culpa, it showed up at the embassy and no questions asked. I think the big thing is correct it now and not wait until the interview. Also put your USCIS number on the letter.

I would wait to see if you get an RFE. If you send it separately, there is no guarantee that it will become part of your file even if it is delivered. If you get an RFE, send the correct one in. If you do not get an RFE, take the corrected one to the interview.

Considering the amount of time that the process is going to take and when or if i get a RFE, its going to tack on more time to an already long haul with TSC. Would it hurt if i just sent them a new one and which address do i mail it to, the lock box or TSC where they are processing my file?

If you want to try and send it, send it to the same place you sent your petition. Make sure you have a cover page stating that you realized you made an error on form G-325A and you would like this updated one to be placed with your file. Make sure you have your receipt number clearly posted on the cover page. Also, specify whether or not it is the petitioners or beneficiary's form- I know once they are at the file they could probably clearly see but I would just try to cover any ground possible that could cause confusion.

Apparently the way it works is that each adjudicator has their own stack of files, so trying to figure out who has your file and where it may be in the stack might be an issue, so don't be surprised if you send it in and still get an RFE, but I guess it's worth a shot!

I mail it to the lock box and their going to forward it to TSC?

They should forward it to the correct service center. Good luck!
