Basic K-1 Visa Questions for I-129F

Thank you so much for these answers, I'm half way done. I am now filling out the G-325A and it ask for a family name on [block 3], under my father's and mother's name. Do I place their full name or just the last and middle?

It also ask for my mother maiden name as she was never married. Do I place just her last name?

It also ask for where my parents are born.

I only know that my father and my mother is born from the philippines, I do not know the city. What should i do?

Also "Applicants Residence last five years", here's a problem. I actually live in my parents house, but when he comes here, I will move to my granny for the time being. Will there be some sort of problem like if they checked where I lived? Can I just say I moved or something?

It's the last 5 years as of today, when you're filling out the form. It's not asking about the future.

Another question I have just thought about.

Since I have been unemployed for sometime now and currently taking classes. I will live under grandmother roof, can she fill out the I-134 or do I still need to fill one out myself aswell? She has been working for 50+ years, she just retired.

You will fill one out as the main sponsor, and your grandmother will fill one out as the co-sponsor.

Yes, you will completely fill one out whether or not you're unemployed and so will your co-sponsor.

This is not something you need to worry about to send the I-129F. That form is needed after your petition is approved and sent to the embassy. It's need at the embassy stage, not USCIS.

Check out the guide here, the Affidavit of Support isn't needed yet. Don't stress.
