hey guys im in the U.S. my husband is in Tunisia im really confused on submitting our papers they now are with NVC we paid our fees and chose myself as the agent but im not able to acces the ds260 online my other question is also our I864 do we mail everything in at 1 time or step by step because i just have everything together in one package ready to send off please help quickly im so confused

You won't get the invoice for the iv bill until someone reviews your choice of agent which can take up to 30 days if you don't call in, the ds-260 and the payment is a mess right now due to the system errors so I wouldn't look for any progress with that till they get their stuff fixed . If you have everything document wise ready to go you are more than welcomed to send it off to start the waiting, just don't forget the document barcode sheet, good luck .

You can send everything in at once

11/06: Husband EWI from Mexico
11/08: Started dating

11/11: Husband got deported
1/11/14: Got married
3/13/14-11/2/14: I-130
1/26/15-3/17/15: NVC

5/28/15: INTERVIEW - denied

6/8/15: I-601/I-212 waivers received

11/17/15: I-601/I-212 waivers APPROVED

12/11/15: HUBBY HOME!! :dance:
