Hi All,

We received our NOA1 hard copy last June 2, 2015. I know it's too early to be worried about any delays with our NOA2. But when I track our WAC case number in USCIS, I get this message:

On May 26, 2015, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number WAC**********, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by June 25, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Im confused regarding the message sayin "Follow the instructions on the notice" as we didn't get any instructions at all in our NOA1.

Does the message in the status tracker changes all the time? Also, where can i type my WAC receipt no. here so VJ can check my estimated k1 process?

Thanks in advance!

Aaah, I remember that from the USCIS phase. We used to log in all the time to see if there were any updates on our case but there never was, the status remained the same throughout wait from NOA1 to NOA2. Don't stress about it too much, most people get updates from USCIS in the mail, not through their website. Even with our NOA2, we had to call them for it, it never updated on the USCIS website to say that our petition was approved.

You have your NOA1, which means USCIS got your address right and then it's just a matter of waiting till you get mail from them again. The wait is gonna feel like neverending, and then once you get your NOA2, it's gonna feel like time flew by. :)

Here's what mine says: (May 5 noa1 here)

"At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information."

So consider yourself lucky that you can see anything at all... I called them up on Friday, the rep said to allow 45 days after your NOA1 for your online status to be updated correctly. I happened to call on the 45th day and he told me to call back on monday.

So you, I'm watching people get their NOA2's before me and it sucks, but I remind myself at least I'm not at TSC.

Sent I129f - April 28, 2015

Received I129f - May 1, 2015

NOA1 - May 5, 2015 (Email on 6, Harcopy on 9)

NOA2 - July 9 (Email and text)

NOA2 Hardcopy - July 13

NVC Case # Assigned - July 30

Consulate Received - Aug. 3

Medical - Aug. 12 (We passed! Well, almost. She needs to see a psychiatrist on the 28th, which shouldn't be a big issue. She cut her wrist long ago in her teenage years.)

Interview - ??? (Originally Aug. 26, but since she is now required to see a psychiatrist on the 28th, it will be rescheduled, probably sometime in Sept.)

Thank you for all your replies. It gave me a relief that mostly everyone has gone the agony of the waiting stage :) Is it really a slow pace of its in TSC?

cc process k1 visa applications so much faster than tsc. I called in May Tsc was still working on August 2014 applications. I filed January 2015. I called yesterday TSC is up to October 8 2014 k1 visa applications now. She told me to call back in 3 months. OMG Texas must do 3 months of applications in a month. I will wait until Aug 2 call again about a NOA2
