My husband & I went through the K1 and AOS/EAD processes. His 2 year green card will expire this December. Is the I-751 the form we need to submit? What (if any) evidence, documents, etc is required? All tips/advice welcome. Thanks in advance.

07/18/2012 I-129F NOA1 (Vermont Service Center)
02/28/2013 I-129F NOA2 (No RFE, 225 days)
03/12/2013 NVC Received
03/14/2013 NVC Left
03/26/2013 Consulate Received
04/12/2013 Packet 4 Picked Up
04/23/2013 Interview (279 days from NOA 1) **APPROVED**
04/26/2013 Visa Ready For Pick-up
06/15/2013 US POE -> MIA
07/18/2013 Marriage

08/08/2013 I-145 & I-765 sent

08/25/2013 NOA 1 (e-mail)

08/26/2013 NOA 1 (hard copy)

09/10/2013 Biometrics Appointment

05/22/06 - Biometrics scheduled (online update) and appt letter was mailed on 05/20/16 - Day 12

05/24/06 - Biometrics letter became viewable online (appt scheduled for 06/07/16) - Day 14

05/27/16 - Received Biometrics letter in mail - Day 17

05/31/16 - Was denied walk-in fingerprints with just 1 person left in line. Milwaukee office, boo! - Day 21

06/07/16 - Biometrics completed in Milwaukee, WI - Day 28

12/21/16 - Passed Citizenship test/Interview was successful! - Day 197

01/26/17 - I am a US citizen!!! - Day 233
