Hi, just want if anyone know if this the correct and valid divorce decree, just received from my fiance according to him this is the original copied given to him by the court after finalize.

Thanks for the link but my fiance already send me the attached form and according to him this is the copy they gave to him from the court house on the they he filed the divorce.

There should be an official stamp, signature, or seal from the court or clerk of court office.

The form itself is fine, but it absolutely, positively requires a raised seal / official stamp and an original signature of the officiating officer.

The judge's stamped name is on it. I did the divorce myself and I didn't sign the papers either. I live in Michigan and I asked was it legal without my signature and the judge said yes. There is no seal on it either.

mine was abo it 3 pages and the logo/stamp was on the last page..it shows the day that it was signed and shown to a judge
