Will submitting a "hybrid" N-400 form delay processing?

I would prefer to electronically fill in most of the info on my N-400 form, however there are certain areas where I would prefer to fill things in by hand (due to word-limit issues, special-character-use issues, etc.). Would this delay my application processing? Or is it better to fill the entire thing out by hand?

Won't be a problem. I'd stick with caps lock and then add on a separate sheet of paper anything extra you want to detail that won't fit.
