Hello Friends, does anyone have an idea of filing i130 for both biological mother and stepmother at the same time? Couldn't get the exact answer on their website as they do not have both of them listed together. Thanks in advanced

You have to be over 21 and....

  • A copy of the civil marriage certificate of your birth parent to your step-parent showing that the marriage occurred before your 18th birthday
