Potential Interview Waiver Case

Hello everyone and I hope you are all doing great.

I received a letter, a Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case, from the USCIS dated June 11 yesterday. I was wondering how many of you have received this. Since, it is potential not to be interviewed, is there anyone there who, at the end, went to have their interview? How long did you wait for your greencard to arrive?

There's an entire thread in the AOS progress forum. It's LONG. So many of us have gotten this letter. Most will not interview, but some will. Getting this letter most likely added about 6 months to your process. We received the letter in November, 2014, and are still waiting for some sort of progress. NOA1 was August 6th, 2014. Prepare to be patient.

Occasionally people end up getting an interview anyway, but usually not. The wait can be 6-12 months or more, unfortunately.

Got same letter, No interview.

But, it seems that some did get an interview after receiving such a letter.

Received exactly the same letter dated as of June 11, 2015. Don't know yet whether we have an interview or not but really hope to receive the answer earlier than within 6 months. Patience to everyone and good luck!
