I have a question about K 3 Visa

So here is the story I'm been married with my wife for almost 2 years, she staying in Mexico. I was trying to see which visa application would be better for her in a long run, the k3 visa or the C1? Also another that confuses me on what I have to do is that she was staying in the united States when she was 11 but left before she was 18, would that be a problem? Would a waiver be required? Please follow me to the right direction thank you all.

cr1 is if your married under 2 years and you will be given a 2 year green card and will have to remove her conditions. IR1 is if you married 2 years or more and receives a 10 year green card and does not have to remove conditions just update every 10 years or apply for citizenship when can. so seeing her visa will be given after the 2 year mark she will get IR1 visa which gives her a 10 year green card if she arrives after the 2 year anniversary of marriage. same forms same process. there is not a different process for either one just once she gets to the states which ever one applies she gets.

She'll get the IR-1 if you are married for 2 years before she crosses the border on her immigrant visa. It is definitely worth it to wait for that, as it means no ROC after two years (less paperwork, less fees).

She was a minor when she came and did the right thing by leaving before her 18th birthday, so while she may be asked about it at interview, there should be no problems there and she has no ban.

im not sure what service center you will go to first . the process takes 6 months to a year , a year being the norm, but. it changes so much no one can really tell you. some gets done in less then 6 months and some get done more then a year. patience patience patience. nothing is consistent about this process .

first fee you will pay is $420 for your 130 application

once you get to NVC it will be $120 AOS fee and $325 IV fee

then medical cost ( not sure how much that is)

ELIS fee $165

these fees can change as well so always check for updates throughout your process

that's the general fees but there are other fees likes police certificate ect.

yea I have no idea what service centers people go to . maybe its somewhere on this site but I haven't found it . maybe a Google search would help. once you send the 130 you will get a letter stating what service center you will go to and you can check USCIS.gov for processing times.
