Form I-134 supporting Documents questions

1) Im using a Cosponsor, do they need to provide their birth certificate or something like that?

2) What supporting documents are required exactly? 3 years of tax returns and what else?

3) My fiancee does not get paid yet at her job (intern), would she write that on her I-134?

if this is for K1 then.

1.) I asked the same question in the canada forums and I was met with "bring the cosponsors Birth Cert just in case, but it's generally not asked for".

2.) Paystubs, LAST years W2 ( you don't need all three for I-134 for canada), a letter from the employer, bank statements. The official instructions are here: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-134instr.pdfBut most people agree that they didn't need a letter from a banking official.

3.) Your Fiancee can not write any money that she doesn't currently make. She can attach a letter saying that she will be paid eventually, but generally if there is a co-signer they're going to blow off most of her info anyways. It's all about what she currently makes, she can only say what she currently makes.
