Wife's EAD will expire the beginning of September so we will likely need a new card before the lumbering, bumbling, bungling government bureaucracy known as USCIS issues her green card.

The instructions for filing form I-765 are here.

And the form is located here.

Hilariously long list of addresses where to send completed I-765 is here (K1 visa applicants should use Chicago lockbox).

In addition to the completed I-765 I have included the following:

-Copy of the receipt notice that I-485 is pending, which I assume is the I-797 Notice of Action they sent to us, which documents application/biometric fees were paid.

-Photocopy of the current EAD card.

-2 passport sized pictures.

Renewal applicants are not required to pay any fees.

Is this it? Am I missing anything else here?

Do they make you come in for another round of pictures/fingerprints?

THANKS
