Stuck in AP after Paying AOS Fee

Hi Everyone,

I have called the Visa Center 3 times since I paid my AOS Fee on April 16, 2015.

Responses from Visa Reps after AOS has been paid:

1st Call: AOS Under Review

2nd Call: Review Complete, Will let supervisor know why I haven't received email/invoice to pay IV Fee

3rd Call: It was approved on May 20th then went into AP and they are looking into it.

I asked them to be more specific, but they could not answer my questions and they told me to WAIT!

Has anyone gone thru this period? If you have, how long did you wait? what reason? Should I get help?

1. What was approved?

2. So all you have done so far at NVC is pay AOS fee?

3. What about the DS-261 have you submitted that?

4. Have you sent in your AOS and IV packages? (I really hope you say YES)

You need to call NVC and demand to speak to a supervisor and not just speak to whoever answers the phone. since April is way to long and AP for a fee. I never have heard such a thing.

I completed the Agent Choice Form which was approved, then paid the AOS Fee.

I asked them to release the IV Fee so I can get my wife to fill out the IV Form and they told me it would not be released until AP was completed.

I did send them the AOS and IV packages last week.

Oh Good. Have you spoken to an actual supervisor or just an operator? Call them and demand to tall to one (Hope you get Gus he is the best EVER).
