Hi guys

My friend's parents are at airport right now.. and need your help ASAP... They got approved for their Greencard and (friend is USC) ..they are right now at airport..

Question: I think I-94 is need to be returned half part to the person who landed here as a proof of entry..but at the immigration they didn't return them half part of I-94. (Is it chaned now a days bcz. I remember 7-8 years ago they used to give half of I-94 person who landed here as a proof .

The i94 is all electronic now in a few days you can look it up on line and print it out. I understand the they do not give hard copies out anymore.

05/13/19 - Received physical copy of N400 interview letter in mail.

06/14/19 - N400 Interview Passed. Recommended for citizenship.

06/22/19 - N400 Approved

07/24/19 - Oath ceremony scheduled

Immigrant visa holders don't need the i94.

Ask your friend if he paid the $165 immigrant fee for each of his parents for their green cards' production. If he hasn't, he must pay for it asap.

Hi all

Now a new issue.... I am not able to find I-94 on webiste that I got from Visa journey friends.... and also he needs to pay fee for his parents GC production. and for GC production thay are asking his parents Alien number....

Any help will be appreciated.

Got it..thanks apple21.. and now more questions.. one of my friend's father in law told me that (they have green card) they stay out of US around 11 months.. but after 11 motnhs they have to come back n do entry on Passport here... But i heard that Green card holder can't live outside US for more than 6 months...

Please correct me..which is true from both statements.??
