Bro you are not breaking any law, she is, but if USCIS contacts you, be HONEST and don't lie to them. We cannot predict the future and tell you what will happen to her, it is at USCIS' discretion.

If the car payments and credit card bills are to your name, you will be responsible.

There is now way in hell you can twist this in any rational manner to validate what this woman is doing and has done. This is the kind of thing that immigration enforcement officers pull their hair out over.

I've been at this since 2001 and I can assure you you are an accomplice to immigration fraud (which by the way is a felony). If you get a check mark by your name you will never be able to legitimately apply for any kind of visa. Your petition would dead head in New Hampshire.

I was trying to think how they could get a GC so quickly having entered on a non immigrant visa, the only thing that comes to mind is the DV lottery.

As always the devil will be in the detail.

She is still married to him, so you can't legally marry her, as that would be polygamy. She has fraudulently obtained her GC, so when caught, it will be revoked and she will be deported and banned. You, aren't breaking the law right now (an accomplice? Really? The scaremongering is astounding!)... but tread carefully!

Whether the GC was obtained fraudulently is speculation at best, but being caught? how would that happen?

Millions of Illegals aliens live and reside in the USA and are supported by friend, families, schools etc.

I really don't see how the poster could get in trouble for this. We have sanctuary cities in USA where Illegals are given protection

Sir, can you explain the highlighted? You say she is married, she married in a courthouse, they obtained green cards as a result of marriage, yet you say she 'claims' she is married but 'she is definitely not'

It does seem like she is certainly married

Does this not bother you?

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
