Hi all to I received a NOID letter from UCSIS today for my daughters petition

The reason was my Son only sent the I-130 form without any supporting documents and money orders wasnt inside the packages SMH!

In the letter it was stating that

"The petition may be denied based upon the above information. However< you are hereby granted 30 days from the date of this letter to submit to this office a written rebuttal and sufficient evidence to overcome the adverse information"

"please place a copy of this letter on top of your response. Submition of evidence without a copy of this letter will delay processing of your case and result in a denial. Please use the enclosed envelope to mail your response back to this office"

I am lost right now and felt I was going to have a heart attack while reading this NOID letter.

I need help asap guys what should I do now? how do I write a rebuttal letter :(

There's no rebuttal - you failed to provide what was needed to process the case and they're giving you one last chance to rectify this.

So, get the check/money order for the amount needed for I-130, get the child's birth certificate and your marriage certificate and anything else that's needed and send it in.

Why was your son sending this in and not you? Who's the USC and sponsor of the petition?

I am the petitioner of my daughter and for my parents. This is a huge fail because I was at work when I ask my son to drop of the packages at the post office. the package he sent only contains the I-130 form!!

I got a letter from uscis 3 weeks after my son sent the package saying I need to send the payment so I did sent back the mail with the money orders for my daughter and my parents. I thought it was going well then I recieved an RFE for my parents (they already got my RFE response 4 days ago thank God)

Now I am dealing with this NOID which I wasn't expecting because I called the USCIS and asked about the status of my daughter's petition and the lady said "it's okay" "nothing to be done"

Go over what's required for I-130 for a child and provide what was missing in the first mailed package.

Include the missing payment too.

RFE/NOID told you what's missing - if you want to continue with USCIS processing your case you need to give them what they're asking for.

ok - i suggest you submit another, complete I-130 set and

go online at usps.com - buy some postage for priority flat pack (tracking is free when purchased online)

and complete the I-130 this week, during your spare time,

and drop the flat pack overnight sometime at a post office, then start tracking the next day.

not need rebuttal letter, but if you want to make a written response, you could simply write that you relied on a family member to put the package together, he failed, and now you are submitting a complete I-130 petition.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Hi, you better hurry and send in whatever they requested but make sure you have everything they're asking for cuz if you don't you will get lost in the shuffle of things at uscis
