Question about POE?

After looking at others' timelines, I am wondering about something. I noticed a person from North Carolina had his fiance enter in the state of New York at JFK. I was assuming that since I live not far from New Orleans, that would be my fiance's eventual entry point. Sorry if this a dumb question, I just want to make sure I know these things when the eventual date occurs. Thanks.

Sorry folks, I see the light. My fiance will not fly directly from Manila to New Orleans. Her POE will be whatever US city she arrives in first. i think this is the answer.

Yes, since she will go through the customs at whatever city she will first arrive in, that city will also be her POE.

You can choose her airline ticket, which airline, maybe Dallas, would be her P.O.E., it is up to you to book the airline ticket, she would go through P.O.E., wherever, and then a connecting

flight close to where you live.
