I-751 Total Fees

Please help with a question. Went onto the USCIS Website to verify the fees I would need for the I-751 process. Now on the site, it lists three total fees, 1. Application Assistance Fee $180, Application Fee $505, Biometric Fee $85.

I was with the understanding that the total fee would be for the application and Biometrics would be $590.

I just now seen this Application Assistance Fee for $180, what is this fee for????? Is this something in addition I have to pay along with the regular fee of $505 and the Biometric fee of $85????

Hoping I can get an answer

that's probably not an official site, there is no application fee

the official immigration website

www.uscis.gov/forms and you can download the form and instructions and mail the application, the fee for the form and the evidence

in the address box it is: www.usimmigration.us Then click the box for form I-751, then scroll down to: How much does form I-751 cost? There it list the three fees, please, any feed back would be appreciated

that's a site that you pay for them to file the application, some of them are scams, I don't know if this one is

I already put the official site of immigration, where you file it yourself without having to pay for filing it

you don't need to use it, download the form and mail it yourself

What it says is Application Assistance Fee. I know the regular fee is $505, then the Biometric fee is $85. But on this site it also says Application Assistance fee of $180, maybe if you have someone else complete the form this is what they are charging, dont know???

Great, thank you sir, one more quick question if you have the time, on this link you sent me, it says there is a new I-751 form coming soon, until then to use the current 4/11/13 form, should I wait as long as possible to see if the new revised comes out before using the 4/11/2013 form? I will be filing sometime in July. Thanks again

I just filed our I-751 and use that 4/11/13 form. I always check everyday if they issue already the new edition but the site always say new edition is coming soon, so I go on and used the current version that I requested by mail from USCIS last April 2015. You don't have to wait for the new edition because we don't know when it will be released. About the fee USCIS is only charging for the total amount of $590. The web site that asking you for another $180 is not the USCIS.gov website. If you look for the website be sure it is www.uscis.gov/i-751.
