Some questions for immigrant visa interview at Mumbai ?

Hi,

My mom's IR5 immigrant visa is scheduled at Mumbai on July 27th. I have the following questions. Can you please help answer them.

1. Due to my daughter's move to school out of state, I want to get the interview scheduled later some time in Sept/Oct. But, the process seems to be to send a mail to support-india@ustraveldocs for possible interview postponement and hope for the best. How reliable is the process to the get the interview postponed and expect the interview to be scheduled around the time desired.

2. How long does it take for the passports with visa and other documents to reach us in Hyderabad after the successful interview at Mumbai ?

Why delay interview. Get interview done and you have 6 months afterward to immigrate. Why to take all stress when you have option to travel after 6 months.

11/27/2013 - Priority Date

04/01/2015 - I-130 Approved

04/21/2015 - NVC received Case

04/29/2015 - DS261 filled

05/02/2015 - Case under CSPA review

06/04/2015 - Supervisor review Initiated-Wait 42 days

We are not postponing the interview. We are spooked by the process of postponing. The process is to send a mail to support-india@ustraveldocs.com. When I sent them a query, they replied that I do not have an interview scheduled yet, while I very much have a scheduled interview date in hand.
