PD - Dec 15, 2015

Mar 24 2015- I have submitted all supportive documents

Apr 18 2015 - Got a checklist for DS260 (not completed!), whereas DS260 was not accessible that time

Apr 19 2015 - Called NVC, no issue found with Documents just DS260 is missing

Apr 20 2015 - DS260 available and Compled

May 29 2015 - Called NVC about the status of my Case (Completed or not?). agent replied your file was not reviewed in schedule time, So I am moving it forward to supervisor review!!!!!

Jun 8 2015 - Called again, "This case moved to supervisor review sir. we cant do anything now, please wait upto 42 days. we will notify you when done", the agent replied!!!

Really...??!!! does anyone have similar experience? why they move case to supervisor review? Do I need to wait another 42 days?

Feeling so worried, if I retrogression happened again!!
