USCIS - Anti Staples/paperclips?

I'm ready to send in my completed I-751 package. (400-450pgs). Is this page amount normal? Also, i'm wondering if the USCIS is anti-staples and paperclips. Should ALL documents be loose and unbound? Also, does it matter that some documents have info on both sides of the paper and some don't? Thank you! David

I mailed my husband's on April 9th with staples. No word yet. Also some had info on both sides. I didn't have that much paper work. It fit in an express envelope.

They prefer no staples. Clips, binder clips are good.

400 pages seems massive.

The Bulk of my package is [Work Health Insurance statement] Monthly Statements for 2 years (10 pgs per month - 240 pages) Perhaps i don't include every single page in the statement??

Thank you for all of your comments and help!

OP: Hard to tell which Service Center will be receiving your ROC package, your timeline is blank. When you get a chance, :time:

A sensible person would think that 400 pages seems massive. In our recent ROC approval, the WAC adjudicator seemed to want volume and minutiae of everything from day of the marriage inception. In August 2014, our initial ROC filing package weighed in at just under six pounds of paper (USPS). Evidently that wasn't enough "marriage bonafides" to satisfy the WAC minions, we got an RFE in April 2015. We eventually sent in everything 'cept the kitchen sink, in attempt to appease the USCIS minions. On 14 May 2015, our RFE response weighed in at 3 pounds, 11 ounces (USPS). I didn't count the total pages, suffice it to say, we finally got ROC approval a week later after the RFE response submission. In total, our two packages weighed in at just under ten (10) pounds.

YMMV. I hope for everybody's sake that our experience was an isolated event, and not a preview of things to come....

Good luck on your immigration journey.
