If you have proof of immigration fraud you can contact ICE. Beyond doing that there is nothing you can do but divorce and move on. I'm very sorry.

i would call and/or write a statement to immigration to make them aware of the situation and the timeline in which he dumped you. let them decide whether it's fraud or not--make it clear that you had NO IDEA of what he chose to do, so that you won't be implicated in any type of scam to get him a green card if things go south for him in his interview.

always protect yourself first.

other than that, i'm sorry he did that to you. right now, it may not seem like it, but you, fortunately, are now free to find a better person to be with when you do choose to do so.

this happened to someone I know; they take it for a while and once they've that card in their hands they are gone. so sorry I don't think u can get it cancelled now. he did his research and hung on. try to heal and move on.

least said soonest mended. Divorce and all that you have to do is hard enough without looking to do that. It's hard I know, but somehow you need to take a long look at this question, and realise that you might be doing this with thoughts of spite and revenge which is not good for you as a person.

I would take the advice of the other posters, and realise this does not reflect on you as a person, get the divorce over with as soon as possible and move into your new free life, and leave the past behind.

And in a way its a good thing if a bad husband is leaving

and giving you a chance to find a better man.

The worst thing you can do is to hold revengeful mind and further damage your own life.

The very best thing you can do at this point, OP, is to just walk away and start a new phase of your life. Not a thing you can do about his immigration status. So just drop it and move on with your life.

Is this the same lawyer who represented you in obtaining his grencard or removing the conditions. It doesn't do much to change your position, but if he is now representing one party against the other, then it is a serious breach of ethics.

That is not how it works. Court has to serve you paper at your home.

Best course of action is forget him and move on like other say.

But you must hire a lawyer as by his action I am assuming that he must have took money out either in big chunk or slowly.

You must pursue him for that as everything he/you earn is 50/50 while you both was together.

do not let him go away with it.

Immigration stuff you can't do anything so just forget about it.
