Hi who among you here got recieve double NOA1?we got our NOA1 April 30,Hard copy May 7. Then were waiting for NOA2 as i check our case status its was case recieve not approval,May 6 to June 5. What else we need to do about it?thank you.

Yea, what do you mean double NOA? Did you recieve one text/email and then hard copy? That's not double. Or did you receive two hard copies? Did they have different case numbers? If so, call them.....

My f recieve our noa1 last april 30,hard copy may 7, and were waiting for NOA2. AS i check our case status online its not validation error anymore,instead of APPROVAL for NOA2 it say "MY CASE WAS RECIEVE ON MAY 6" but with thesame reciept # from the Noa1 we got last April 30.

Same with us, we have a NOA1 dated April 16th. The status error us now gone but says case was received on April 23rd. It is the same receipt number as our original one. We do know that our case was last touched on April 23rd as thst showed up under My Cases on USCIS website.

2015 April 16th NOA1 Received

2015 June 29th NOA2 Received

2015 July NVC Case Number

2015 August 11th Package 3 from Embassy

2015 August 26th Medical

2015 Sept 10th Interview and Approved

2015 Sept 17th Visa in hand

2015 Nov 5th POE Dublin Move to USA :dancing:

2015 Dec 20th Wedding (L)(L)(L)

2016 Jan 21st AOS/EAD/AF mailed

2016 Jan 25th AOS etc received by USCIS

2016 Jan 28th NOA 1 for AOS, EAD and AP received by mail

2016 Feb 23rd Biometrics Atlanta

2016 Feb 24th Initial RFE for AOS

2016 Feb 26th RFE Responded and Mailed back to USCIS

2016 April 6th EAD and AP Approval

2016 April 12th EAD Card received, No AP on it, Rang USCIS

2016 May 6th AOS Approval
2016 May 10th I551 placed in passport
2016 June 10th Green Card Arrived
2016 June 10th Filed i90 for Error on Green Card
2017 Aug 21st Replacement Green Card Approved and In Production 1 year after applying. Done with USCIS till ROC in early 2018
2018 Mar 6th Form i-751 sent off to USCIS in Vermont (Removal of Conditions)
2020 Sept 25th N-400 Application files
2021 July 20th Interview and Test for N400 Citizenship APPROVED 
2021 Aug 6th Oath Ceremony
2021 Aug 6th US Citizen
2021 Aug 21st Passport Appliedfor
2021 Sept 15th Passport in Hand
2021 Sept Journey at an end after 6 years from our K1 approval to Citisenship

Sounds like it has something to do with the website erroring out and them correcting that. The case number is the same so I don't think it's something to worry about it. You don't need the specific NOA 1 date at any point in the process anyway...

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
