Hi Everyone,

This is what has happened with my case:

  1. I paid my AOS Fees and submitted my DS-261 in April, choosing my father as my agent
  2. On May 1st I submitted all my documents and got scan date May 5th
  3. More than 42 days passed after submitting my DS-261 and since they hadn't approved it, they suggested me to change the DS-261 to select myself as the agent, so that they could approved it over the phone
  4. I changed my DS-261 and they approved it the same day over the phone. They said I should be invoiced for the IV Fees in 3 to 6 days
  5. 6 days passed by and no approval, so I called again. To my surprise they said "the system shows there is a problem with your attorney and since you do not have an attorney it is an error, I has to go to supervisor review to fix it before getting your IV Fees invoice
  6. I called two days later and they told me the supervisor review can take up to 42 days, even though it was their fault

Has anyone had a similar experience having had their case sent for supervisor review before being invoiced for the IV Fees? What should I expect?

Cheers,

JP

Hi Zahra, did they tell you why is it under supervisor review? Did you already pay your IV Fees?

Paid my iv and aos fee long ago. Everyone has to go through under supervisor review. Its depends on your luck and how nicely you submit your documents to NVC.some people get reviewed in just few weeks and some takes more then 3/4 months. pay all your fees as soon as u can.
