Had my interview last 5th of June 2015, the consular guy didnt say congratulation you passed! Lol he just said that I dont see anything wrong here so you may go to the Step 5 now for releasing. And the same day of my interview I checked my status it says Issued and today I checked again it still says issued but the status updated date change to June 8, 2015. Does this

"We have authorized issuance of your visa. Barring unforeseen problems, the visa packet will be delivered to your designated address by courier service within 7-10 days ...."

mean I pass??? Thank you!

Wait what? My status changed yesterday 9am PH time to June 8. Its already the 9th here. And i dont think its based on US time coz i dont know any country that is already 12mn at 9am ph time, or maybe just maybe im wrong.
