Time to file I-751, but about to move

My wife's conditional residency ends August 31 so it's time for us to file to have conditions removed. However, our apartment lease ends on the 24th of this months and we are closing on a house on the 19th (assuming nothing goes horribly wrong between now and then). Obviously we will need to file the change of address once we move, but as I'm filling out the I-751 I'm wondering what address I should put in. We'll do an address forward with the post office from our apartment address so using that should get any responses to us just fine, but are we close enough to the move that it would be better to put the new address on instead?

You should put your current address and submit the change of address form like you planned. Keep in mind that you should not list a false residence (at least at the time) just for your convenience.

Why can't you wait until you have moved and send the ROC then?

While you're at it, your spouse has to do AR-11 online and you have to do I-865 and mail it in when you move.

Honey,I would advise you to get a PO Box for 6months at the post office. Because this is very important... Holding and forwarding your mail is not a guaranteed thing. I believe its no more than $35 for 6 month. Its your choice. Good luck

I also suggest waiting if you have time within your 90 day period. You don't have to send it on day 90. As long as they get the package before the green card expires you're fine.
