Congrats guys, y'all will be greened very soon. Today I checked my mailbox as well to see if the EAD card came, it did not. Instead I got my AOS interview notice. It will be on July 21 in the Palm Beaches, guess the card will arrive later.

I'm so excited and anxious right now, God is awesome.

Your interview is a day after main, good luck

Help!! My daughter and I both have our interviews scheduled for the same day but an hour apart, is that possible plus she's only nine.

The biometrics was also sent on separate dates as well but I took her to mine since it was earlier. Suggestions??

Received both EAD cards today, for my minor daughter and self. Our advocate did not recommend AP. we're so happy now that we're almost there.

I'm very sure y'all will hear some good news this week.

Cheers.

Hello everyone, anyone on here arrive on k1 and received notice about interview yet? I'm just wondering if k1 people are receiving information about their interview or if people of other visas are.

Is there a timeframe where we should be notified about our interview/interview waiver? For example the EAD was 75 days then you could begin contacting USCIS ..I'm wondering if it's the same for this part of the process too.. Thanks!

Still waiting for our EAD! It's been frustrating. According to our timeline, the EAD should have arrived the first week of June.

We called the office to follow-up and they put a note in our file that it was reaching federal timelines and said we should hear from someone in 30-45 days. UGH!!!!!! The bio appointment went wonderful, I just wonder why the EAD is taking so long. It was submitted in mid-March!

Any other suggestions?
