Can anyone tell how do I go about a service request for EAD please?

Hi! Here is the link: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/tip-sheet-employment-authorization-applications-pending-more-75-days

Just be ready with your details such as: Noa 1 date, case number and personal details

My noa 1 is March 26th and biometrics was April 13th. When r u supposed to put in a service request? What 's that even about anyway...

After 75 days. I think it's already your 76th day today from your noa 1. You can try calling them.

Right but what do I tell em? That its been over 75 days and I haven't gotten approved and just want to find out what is going on?

So your case is under review right now? What can that even mean... U didn't get a rfe or nothing so why haven't they approved you...

Hello everyone

I just sent a service request online a few minutes ago and the one for the work permit went through and it says they will respond to me by July 2nd but I tried to do one for the travel document and then it gave me a message saying I am within the processing times. My NOA1 date March 25th. Is that correct?

How were you contacted about your interview? I didn't know you could have an interview scheduled before EAD card was in hand!

My case status changed to "Interview is scheduled" and We got a notice in the mail as well. That's what i thought too but I guess that's normal because i saw someone who never got their EAD/AP, was interviewed, approved and got their GC a week after.

Are you signed up for text or email updates? If so, did those come through notifying you of the interview or did you just check the USCIS site?
