Adding Green Card info to Nexus Card?

Hey all, just received my two year conditional green card. Can I add this to my Nexus Card? I went to the GOES website but they don't let you change almost anything. I put in my new mailing address and drivers license but there isn't anywhere I can add green card info or anything like that.

Can I even still use the card when I cross the border? To anyone who has the answers or has done this before thanks in advance.

I could not update mine until I went into a Nexus office (which ended up being in Port Huron) the next time I went home. I have a form that I can fax with copies to the office but I just waited until I could physically go. I just walked in and had them update my information.

If there is a Nexus Enrollment Center close by you could try there.

Yes, you have to go to the Nexus office/enrollment center and have them input it for you.

You don't need an appointment - you should be able to just walk in and tell them you need to update your status.

You can still use it! You just have to show both when you go through.

Yes, NEXUS card has to always be in updated status. And unfortunately you have to always go in person.

Otherwise if you use Nexus lane, you might enter US with your older status. That can cause problems.

I once attempted to communicate with the officer by email, and he responded but told me his boss told him that I have to come in person to update the status.

I didn't update mine for almost a year after I moved because I wasn't anywhere close to a NEXUS office and the CBP at my city airport said they couldn't do it. I did it the next time I flew to Canada. I don't drive across though. Just the one time when I immigrated. 18 hours of driving... NO THANKS!!
